What to expect in a role with us.

  • While we all work hard, we all live where we do because of the lifestyle. We try to keep weekends for spending time with family and friends, fishing, camping and just chilling out (which means making a million in overtime isn't going to happen)
  • You will get to work in Communities and Homelands throughout all of East Arnhem Land.
  • If you aren't good with flying in 6 seater planes, we might not be the best employer for you (sorry!)
  • You will be provided company housing, receive above award wages and the extra things that come with working for a small family owned company - we consider staff an extension of our own family
  • We know how remote we are, so relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
What we expect.
  • First and foremost you need respect - for your fellow workers, the community, the people and lands on which we are lucky enough to work and live.
  • You will have all the standard licences and be able to get an NT Working with Children (Ochre) card.
  • Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small team.
  • You will be punctual, professional and have excellent customer service skills.
